UNUM Festival 2025 brings global beats to Shëngjin

The sixth edition of the UNUM Festival, one of the Balkans’ premier open-air electronic music events, is underway at Rana e Hedhun beach in Shëngjin, transforming the Albanian coastline into a vibrant hub of music, art, and international tourism. Running from June 5 to 10, the festival has drawn thousands of participants from around the globe.
Featuring more than 90 internationally acclaimed DJs across three beachside stages, UNUM 2025 celebrates unity, freedom, and positivity through house and techno music. The picturesque setting, flanked by pine forests, sand dunes, and the Adriatic Sea offers a unique backdrop that merges natural beauty with pulsating beats.
Why is this important: Now a signature event of Albania’s summer season, UNUM has become a gateway to the country’s rising profile as both a cultural and coastal destination. It’s no longer just the UNUM Festival, it’s UNUM of Shëngjin.
Beyond music, the festival promotes environmental awareness and sustainability. Recycling zones, yoga and nature-sports workshops, educational activities, and volunteer cleanup crews are part of its commitment to community and ecological responsibility. Organizers describe UNUM as more than a festival, it’s a living community rooted in respect for nature and cultural exchange.
Security and logistical support have been enhanced, with police and local authorities ensuring smooth transport and public safety for all attendees.
As UNUM 2025 enters its final days, Albania solidifies its status as a must-visit European music destination, with Lezhë and Shëngjin standing out as emerging cultural hotspots on the Adriatic coast.
