Gjakova welcomes the first edition of the Days of the Albanian Festival

Gjakova is preparing to host the inaugural edition of the Days of the Albanian festival, which will take place from July 25 to 27 and August 1 to 4. This festival aims to showcase Albanian identity and culture through a diverse range of activities, offering a rich experience for all participants.

More than just music, films, and dance, it promises to be a grand celebration of art, culture, and tradition. People from Kosovo and beyond will gather in the city of Gjakova to enjoy festivities throughout this event.

The festival will feature well-known musical groups and artists of various genres who will create a unique atmosphere on Gjakova’s stages. Some of the highlighted performers include Jericho, Asgjë Sikur Dielli, Dren Abazi, Shpat Deda, Nezafete Shala, Offchestra, Ethnically Plugged, Edona Reshitaj, Grupi NA, and many others. Beyond music, the festival will also include activities for literature and poetry enthusiasts, where poetry readings will be an integral part of the program.
