Albania’s National Football Team secures first victory against Ukraine in National League qualifier
Albania’s national football team defeated Ukraine with a score of 2-1.
The match marked the sixth encounter between the two national teams and represents Albania’s first victory against Ukraine. Previously, Albania had drawn once and lost four times against the Ukrainians.
The game was Albania’s first in the current Nations League competition. Albania is part of Group B1, which also includes Czechia and Georgia. Albania will face Georgia next, in three days at “Air Albania” stadium.
