Albania trains in full squad; Silvinho calls up Gripshi for Serbia & Jordan matches

The Albanian national football team held a full training session on Monday afternoon at the “House of Football,” as preparations intensify ahead of the friendly against Jordan and the highly anticipated UEFA Nations League clash with Serbia.
Why is this important: The two upcoming matches are seen as crucial tests for Silvinho’s squad, both tactically and mentally, as Albania continues to build momentum following a solid qualifying campaign.
Context: According to the Albanian Football Association (FSHF), all players were available for coach Silvinho, who oversaw a session focused on tactical play and match situations. Defender Enea Mihaj, who joined the squad today, trained separately as he continues recovery.
In a late change, Silvinho has also called up midfielder Nazmi Gripshi to replace Adrion Pajaziti, who was ruled out due to injury. Gripshi is expected to join the team on Wednesday and be available for both fixtures.
Training began in the gym before the squad moved onto the pitch to practice game scenarios and shape play combinations. The next training session will take place tomorrow at the “House of Football,” followed by a press conference at “Air Albania Stadium,” where two players will address the media.
