Silvinjo and staff scout for Albanian players in European clubs
The Albanian national football team’s head coach, Silvinjo, has launched a scouting tour across Europe to observe Albanian players active in major leagues and strengthen communication ahead of the World Cup qualifiers.
Why is this important: Silvinjo has consistently emphasized communication with his players as a cornerstone of his coaching philosophy. This tour allows him to assess their performance directly, ensuring a well-prepared squad for the national team’s next challenges.
Context: On their first stop, Silvinjo, along with assistants Doriva and Pablo Zabaleta, traveled to the Czech Republic, where they attended the Champions League match between Sparta Prague and Inter Milan at the “Epet Arena.” After the match, they met with national team players Kristjan Asllani, Qazim Laçi, and Indrit Tuci, discussing their form, upcoming call-ups, and plans for the qualifiers.
